Yes. Sign in to the web app with the same email you use on your iPhone. Your saved relationships stay with your account, so you can pick up on either device.

To enable reminders on your iPhone, check your reminder days and time in the app’s Settings. Then allow notifications for My Morning Five in your iPhone’s Settings.

Both the app’s reminder settings and your device’s notification permission need to be enabled.

In Settings, open Privacy and your account, then choose Delete my account. You’ll confirm your request with a code sent to your email. An active membership isn’t required to delete your account.

If you can’t sign in, contact us for help. Our Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention.
